Another great book!

Preserved by Nick Sandler and Johnny Acton (foreword by Hugh Fearnley- Whittingstall) is all about the art of preserving (jams, chutneys, drying, salamis, etc.). This is going to be my project for 2007 and along with the excellent Jams, Pickles and Chutneys: Best Kept Secrets of the Women’s Institute I hope to be stunning the world with my wares soon!
