Digg: Restaurant let’s you decide what you pay.

Are the Americans only just picking up on this? I seem to remember a restaurant in London did something similar in the late 80’s or early 90’s. Then again I remember a restaurant in Yorkshire which had paper tablecloths and crayons for you to doodle with whilst you waited for your food…!
